1st floor bathroom Remodel:
Demo to studs & subfloor, remove ceiling exhaust fan, tub, toilet & one section of base board heat. Also, remove ceiling soft area above existing tub. Install a new 30” x 60” shower (swanstone walls), shower valve, shower drain, sliding shower door. Install a new faucet & toilet with new shuts offs. Blue board & plaster walls, paint walls & ceiling. Install a new soft step tile floor.
